摘要

本研究的目的是调查2013年课程中学生五年级主题一教材是否在学习过程中实现了儿童权利。本文采用定性研究方法,运用描述性分析方法对图书馆进行研究。本研究结果表明,印尼政府在法律上和适用上始终如一地适用1989年联合国儿童权利公约的结果。从学生的教材《2013年五年级主题一课程》中可以看到,这已经实现了孩子的权利,但更多的是需要教师在实际的学习过程中实现。
