摘要

本研究旨在确定印尼雅马哈音乐制造公司员工的能力和工作环境对工作参与度和工作满意度的影响。本研究采用有目的的抽样技术,以100名合同员工为样本。所采用的分析方法是SEM PLS研究,以检验内部模型、外部模型和假设。研究结果表明:(1)能力对工作投入的影响为55.2%;(2)工作环境对工作投入影响为39.1%。
