摘要

本文对管道弯头腐蚀缺陷随时间发展对弯头工作能力的影响进行了评估。腐蚀损伤模型明确为管道弯头外表面的体积缺陷。利用有限元分析确定了管道破损段上的最大应力局部区域。在计算机仿真的框架下,分析了含缺陷设计变形状态特征的估计。在得到的结果的基础上,将应力和塑性应变的概率特征近似为内压和腐蚀缺陷深度的函数,如平均值、变异系数和不对称性。在典型载荷水平下,发现了不同缺陷尺寸的塑性外观的概率密度函数。
