The purpose of this research is to provide farlek training methods and interval training that are expected to increase the fatigue time of futsal puti SME players. The research method used in this study is an experimental method with a factorial design, there are three groups in this study including the fartlek group, interval training group, and control group with a total of 30 samples and a total of 16 training meetings. 摘要

本研究旨在克服印尼技术官僚大学纯五人制UKM在低疲劳时间中遇到的问题。本研究的目的是提供法列克训练方法和间歇训练,以期增加五人制橄榄球运动员的疲劳时间。本研究采用的研究方法是因子设计的实验方法,本研究分为法特莱克组、间歇训练组和对照组三组,共30个样本,共16次训练会议。本研究的重点是疲劳时间。从本研究的结果来看,间歇训练方法比fartlek和对照班有更好的影响。
