摘要

近年来，儿童深静脉血栓形成（DVT）的发病率呈上升趋势。如果栓子脱落，会引起肺栓塞等并发症，可能导致残疾和死亡。因此，早期预防和及时治疗DVT对提高生存率具有重要意义。由于儿童状况的复杂性和特殊性，以及缺乏大规模的试验和统计，国内外没有统一的标准。本文结合目前的一些临床进展，为DVT的预防、诊断和治疗提供参考。关键词：深静脉血栓形成；肝素；中心静脉导管；儿科重症监护室
