摘要

随着老龄化的加剧，养老服务供应链的重要性逐渐得到人们的认可。从供应链角度系统分析养老服务质量，有助于为提高养老服务质量提供决策参考。从综合SCOR模型的角度构建了养老服务质量评价指标体系。提出了综合DEMATEL-ISM-TOPSIS方法进行评价和分析。研究指出了养老服务质量的表层和深层影响因素以及各评价因素的权重。构建解释结构模型，指出各评价因素的层次关系和主从逻辑关系。获得了养老服务质量因素的权重，并通过养老服务机构的评估案例验证了模型和方法的适用性。
