摘要

目的设计并实现放射治疗方案自动独立审核软件AutoReview,提高独立审核的效率。方法采用SQL语言对病历验证(R&V)系统数据库中患者的电子治疗计划表进行读取和解析。AutoReview根据从图表中获得的治疗计划信息,从治疗计划系统和R&V系统中提取与治疗计划相关的所有参数,并将结构化数据保存到本地数据库中。针对不同的检测项目,设计了相应的检测逻辑,编写了相应的程序,实现了自动独立检测。共选取664个为期1个月的临床治疗方案作为样本,评估临床应用效果。结果与人工检查相比,AutoReview的检查效率提高了近60倍,问题检出率提高了19.2%。在两年的临床应用中,软件运行稳定,自动检查治疗方案14509例,识别出问题病例588例,占4.05%。结论AutoReview能有效提高放射治疗方案独立核查的效率和准确性。关键词:自动独立校验;放疗治疗方案;质量保证;质量控制
