摘要

急性早幼粒细胞白血病（APL）是急性髓细胞白血病（AML）的一种亚型，是白细胞的癌症。其常见表现为疲劳、发烧、凝血障碍、厌食和全血细胞减少。在绝大多数AML患者中发现了口腔表现，其中牙龈肥大更特异于AML的急性单核细胞（M5）和急性粒细胞（M4）亚型。APL患者很少会出现牙龈肥大。在此，我们报告了一例年轻男性，其表现为牙龈肥大，随后被诊断为APL（M3）。
