The obtained materials were characterized by the XRD and SEM methods, mechanical compression tests were carried out, the setting times of cements were determined, changes in the pH of the aqueous medium in contact with the cements under study were measured. Microstructure analysis has been shown that the surface of the reinforcing fiber in contact with the matrix of hardening cement is partially corroded with the formation of phosphate microparticles on it.
