Comprehensive literature and expert interviews and other methods were used to analyze the needs of including physical education in the College Entrance Examination. The specific theories are as follows: (a) “including physical education in the College Entrance Examination” can be an important entry point to promote the integration of sports and education and plays a key role of the test baton; (b) Policies that satisfy most stakeholders and conform to public interests at the national level are those that can be implemented; (c) There is no absolute fairness, and the minimum fairness is the prerequisite for policy formulation. 摘要

在体育与教育一体化的大背景下,本研究探索了将体育纳入高考的可行性和路径。采用综合文献法、专家访谈法等方法,对高考纳入体育教学的需求进行分析。具体理论如下:(一)“将体育纳入高考”可以作为促进体育与教育融合的重要切入点,起到关键的考试接力棒作用;(b)在国家一级使大多数利益攸关者满意并符合公共利益的政策是可以执行的;(c)没有绝对的公平,最低限度的公平是制定政策的先决条件。在此基础上,本研究提出了一些具体途径:(1)实施体育理论考试成绩(10%)和体育竞赛成绩(90%)相结合的体育综合得分策略,消除单一的体能和数量方面的考试;(2)构建符合“高考含体育”要求的青少年体育竞赛体系,既满足不同体育水平学生的需求,又体现教育的公平性;(3)利用网络平台和大数据、人工智能等技术手段,破除“高考含体育”的技术壁垒;(4)提高高考体育竞赛参与者的待遇和期望;(5)实行“风险自我接受”,完善学校体育意外伤害保险制度,解除学校体育安全责任。
