This study uses a quantitative approach and data collection through questionnaires distributed to 33 boarding school administrators. The results of multiple linear regression analysis show that transformational leadership significantly affects the performance of the Nurul Hidayah Islamic Boarding School administrators. However, work motivation has no significant effect on the performance of the management. 摘要

本研究分析了变革型领导和工作动机对东爪哇玛琅Nurul Hidayah伊斯兰寄宿学校管理人员绩效的影响。本研究采用量化研究方法,透过问卷调查的方式,对33所寄宿学校的行政人员进行问卷调查。多元线性回归分析结果显示,变革型领导显著影响Nurul Hidayah伊斯兰寄宿学校管理者的绩效。而工作动机对管理层绩效的影响并不显著。本研究的结果对伊斯兰寄宿学校领导透过实施变革型领导价值观,如领袖魅力、鼓舞性激励、智力激励和关注个人,来改善管理绩效提供积极的启示。
