合作社是一种很早就出现的合作、生产和商业模式，在越南非常流行。然而，从目前的商业实践来看，合作社的发展正显示出衰退的迹象。因此，这引发了一个问题，即在当前的发展阶段，合作模式是否仍然适合越南的商业环境？因此，本文研究合作社与越南当前商业环境的兼容性，以期为完善法律、促进合作社的强劲发展提出建议。
