摘要

本研究旨在了解开窗对骨骺板的影响,如对骨骼的影响,以及对长骨长度的影响,t除最后一组外,每组三只狗,其中包括以下两只狗:*第一组:在股骨远端骺板上进行手术*第二组:在胫骨和腓骨近端骺板上实施手术*第三组:在胫腓骨远端骺板上将手术*第四组组:在上述所有部位进行手术,对病例进行6个月的临床和放射学随访,前3个月每15天拍摄一次x射线片,后3个月每月拍摄一次,并用动物的另一后肢进行比较。临床及x线随访结果显示,第一、第三、第四组开窗骨骺板成功,无并发症,第二组开窗失败。
