Methods: This study analyzed the emergency treatment case that we participated in. In this case, we used various means to start the emergency plan, run the emergency procedures, optimize diagnosis, treatment, and rescue procedures, mobilize medical rescue resources, provide a reference for emergency command decisions, formulate a set of coping strategies of tertiary general hospitals on public emergencies. Results: Through the scientific and effective management of our hospital, 20 wounded have been discharged from the hospital and achieved the ideal effect of zero deaths in the hospital. 摘要

目的:制定伤员分批救治策略和局部急救程序,进一步提高医院的应急救援能力。方法:本研究分析了我们参与的急救案例。在这种情况下,我们使用各种手段启动应急计划,运行应急程序,优化诊断、治疗和救援程序,调动医疗救援资源,为应急指挥决策提供参考,制定一套三级综合医院应对突发公共事件的策略。结果:通过我院科学有效的管理,20名伤员已出院,达到了医院零死亡的理想效果。结论:现代灾害现场急救和卫生应急管理的新模式需要想方设法最大限度地减少突发公共事件带来的生命财产损失,整合现代灾害医学的各个领域,整合大量国际国内灾害急救基础和临床研究成果,并升级为信息、数字系统。
