The number of HIV-infected patients worldwide has increased significantly over the past decades. The introduction of highly active antiretroviral therapy into practice has significantly improved the prognosis for these patients. At the same time, the use of this therapy type is associated with a number of complications – in particular, with the development of the immune restoration syndrome. In addition, cases of endocrine dysfunction are described in many publications. Panhypopituitarism In HIV Patient Receiving Antiretroviral Therapy
