Aims of this study is to determine the relationship between organizational climate variabel with work life balance variabel in employees. This research method is quantitative with correlational design. The sample of this study were 81 employees using convenience sampling technique. Data collection using a work life balance scale and the organizational climate scale. The data analysis technique used product moment correlational test. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant relationship between organizational climate with work life balance in employees. \nKeywords: Work life balance, Organizational climate, Employees \nAbstrak: Kondisi kerja saat ini membuat karyawan dituntut untuk mampu menyelesaikan pekerjaan secara fleksibel dimana hal ini membuat karyawan harus bekerja lebih sehingga dapat memberikan dampak ketidakseimbangan antara kehidupan pribadi dan pekerjaannya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah mengetahui hubungan antara variabel iklim organisasi dengan variabel work life balance pada karyawan. Metode penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan desain korelasional. Sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 81 karyawan dengan menggunakan teknik convenience sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan skala work life balance dan skala iklim organisasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji korelasi product moment.
