摘要

本研究以工作家庭冲突为中介变量,分析组织公平感对员工压力的影响。采用目的抽样的方法,选取80名成员作为调查对象。本研究采用定量方法。本研究使用的分析工具是多元回归和SPSS软件。根据分析结果,可以得出组织公平感对压力有负向影响的结论,其中工作-家庭冲突为中介变量。

Effect of Organizational Justice on Stress With Work-Family Conflict as a Mediating Variable
The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of organizational justice on r stres   with work-family conflict as  mediating variable.
