Data analysis used Rho Spearman test to measure activity and participation variables. Spearman Rho test for leprosy on activity limitations showed p = 0.000. Spearman Rho test of leprosy on limited participation showed p = 0.000. Activities are limited, and participation is mostly due to the degree 2 disability experienced.
