摘要

为了探究不同土壤水分条件下生菜的光合生理响应特性,通过盆栽控水试验,测定了不同土壤水分梯度下生菜的光合指标和叶绿素荧光参数。结果表明:随着土壤含水量的降低,生菜叶片的Pn、Tr、Gs、Ci、Fv/Fm、ΦPSII和qP均呈下降趋势,而NPQ则随着土壤含水量的降低而增加。其中田间持水量为55~60%,生菜净光合速率最高,说明轻度干旱促进了生菜的光合作用。
