Although methods exist to assess infrastructures' economic, environmental, and social life cycle, the challenge remains in combining these dimensions into a single holistic indicator to facilitate decision-making. This study applies four decision-making techniques (ANP, TOPSIS, COPRAS, and VIKOR) to evaluate five different design alternatives for a concrete bridge exposed to a coastal environment.
