Social and emotional learning (SEL) competency was reflected in self-awareness, self-management, social awareness, relationship skills, and responsible decision making. 摘要

本研究旨在探讨高中生社会与情绪学习(SEL)能力要求。本研究的数据分析技术是描述性数据分析和需求问卷分析。本研究以192名高一学生为研究对象。本研究结果显示,高三学生的社会与情绪学习(SEL)能力需要得到发展。社会与情绪学习能力主要表现在自我意识、自我管理、社会意识、人际关系技能和负责任决策方面。基于需求分析结果,高中生社会与情绪学习(SEL)能力发展的需求重要依据为:自我意识80%、自我管理69%、社会意识73.5%、关系技能66%、责任决策82.5%。
