Assessment of medical humanities is of great importance in medical licensing examination. In this study, the medical humanity evaluation, including contents, forms, scores and proportion of the scores of the examinations, in the medical licensing examination and the empirical research examination of segmental physician examination in China and the United States was compared by analyzing literatures and comparative approach, with the clinical examinations as examples. Results showed that contents and proportion of the scores of medical humanities in the two countries were basically the same, but there were fewer stations in current medical licensing examination in China and improvement should be made in the examination form. 摘要

在大多数国家,医疗执照考试是一种公认的认证医生执业资格的形式。医学人文学科考核是执业医师资格考试的重要内容。本研究以临床考试为例,通过文献分析和比较法,比较了中美两国在医师执业资格考试和节段医师考试实证研究考试中医学人文评价的内容、形式、分数和分数占比。结果表明,两国医学人文学科成绩的内容和占比基本一致,但目前中国医师执业资格考试的考点较少,考试形式有待改进。进一步探索中国执业医师资格考试中标准患者的可行性,充分发挥执业医师资格考试在医学教育中的指导作用。关键词:医师执业资格考试;医学人文;考试的方法
