摘要

烟丝筒干燥是卷烟生产中的关键加工技术之一。涉及复杂的传质和传热现象。本文建立了烟丝圆筒干燥过程的热力学模型。采用典型相关法分析了不同工艺参数与烟丝蒸发量Qv、烟丝升温发热量Qs、总发热量Q与热效率系数η的关系。结果表明,该热力学模型较好地解释了烟丝筒干燥过程中实际的加热和热量分布情况。相同加工条件下,烟丝4个热力学参数的变异系数均小于5.0%。实验证明,所建立的烟丝圆筒干燥过程热力学模型是可行的。
