Excellent consultation supervision can assist clinical departments to maximize cooperation efficiency. This article, concentrating on timeliness, built an individual-group-organization model based on the organizational behavior theory and actual conditions, and took management actions from three aspects, including changing personal behavior attitude, adjusting organizational performance plan and establishing task-based groups. Timeliness data in October and November 2018 were selected retrospectively one month before and one month after the new actions. 摘要

协商制度是十八项核心制度之一。良好的会诊督导可以帮助临床科室实现合作效率最大化。本文以时效性为研究对象,基于组织行为学理论和实际情况,构建了个体-群体组织模型,并从改变个人行为态度、调整组织绩效计划和建立任务型群体三个方面采取了管理行动。选取2018年10月和11月的时效性数据,对新行动前后一个月进行回顾性分析。会诊及时率由76.69%上升至82.62%,差异有统计学意义(P=0.000 2)。关键词:转诊会诊;咨询管理;及时性;行为理论;Individual-group-organization模型
