摘要

本病例报告一例13岁男性II类错颌，下颌后缩，侧开咬，前牙拥挤。该患者采用非拔牙入路。取得了理想的上覆咬合和上覆射流效果。采用固定式矫直器和弹性矫直器进行矫直。采用矩形环实现上颌前磨牙的中端倾斜和挤压。
