摘要

我们报告两例全层黄斑裂孔（FTMH）的自发闭合。第一例患者在16个月时诊断为牵引性黄斑脱离并自发闭合，牵引力减轻。第二例为FTMH，在9个月时诊断为孔源性视网膜脱离并自发闭合，经玻璃体切除术后发生。FTMH的自发闭合是罕见的，主要的治疗方法是玻璃体切除术。
