摘要

本文采用有限元法建立了轧辊张紧过程的二维简洁快速模型。采用弹性热膨胀法模拟轧制塑性变形。建立了考虑滚轮与圆锯片接触的三维模型。通过对比二维模型、三维模型和x射线应力测试方法得到的残余应力结果,验证了二维模型的正确性和可行性。考虑到圆锯片结构的多样性,为快速预测滚张圆锯片的残余应力场提供了思路。
