The model of the collecting fan is selected as 9-19-4A; the fluid simulation\nanalysis of the separation and impurity removal box is carried out to verify the rationality of the box structure design. The performance of the picker was tested by pick-up efficiency, cleanliness, breakage, and impurity rates. The results show that when the forward velocity was about 0.40 m·s-1 , the average pick-up efficiency\ncould reach 752.7 km·h-1 , the average pick-up cleanliness rate was 95.66 %, the average breakage rate was 2.68 %, and the average impurity rate was 3.64 %. 摘要

针对我国气吸式采枣机械性能单一、操作人员多、作业效率低的问题,结合新疆机械化采枣的要求,设计了自走式采枣条捡拾机。该机主要由履带底盘、落枣收条装置、分离及卸料装置和液压系统组成。根据红枣种植模式,履带底盘尺寸为1780mm×1650mm×310mm。为了模拟人工收集带的效果,设计了一个离地高度为15cm、水平角和垂直角分别为35°和15°的往复式收集带吹送头。收集风机型号选用9-19-4A;对分离除杂箱进行了流体模拟分析,验证了箱体结构设计的合理性。拾取器的性能通过拾取器效率、清洁度、破损率和杂质率进行了测试。结果表明,当正向速度约为0.40m·s-1时,平均拾取效率可达752.7km·h-1,平均拾取清洁率为95.66%,平均破碎率为2.68%,平均杂质率为3.64%。本试验设计的自走式采枣条捡拾机满足了红枣机械化收割的要求,可实现单人遥控操作。
