Because the Bca cells are closely in contact with urine, and the exosomes of the Bca can pass through the base membrane and transport the microRNA (miRNAs) to the urine, so the detection of the exosome-derived miRNAs in the urine is expected to be a new non-invasive method for diagnostics of Bca. Recently, liquid biopsy for miRNAs in urine is the recent research hotspot.
