摘要

在越南，房地产投资者的心理总是有影响的，对市场的稳定和发展影响很大。长期以来，投资者的心理对房地产市场的增长起到了促进或抑制的作用。另一方面，从房地产经营实践来看，我国房地产经营法律制度存在一定的局限性，这也导致了群众心理投资因素的出现。因此，本文研究了越南房地产投资的心理，从而提出了一些提高房地产市场管理效率的解决方案。
