After15sessionsof 5% aceticacidiontophoresis (2mL,4.7mA × 10minutes)andcontinuousultrasound(1W/cm 2 ,1MHz × 5minutes)overthecalcificationarea, calcificationsizesdecreasedfrom9.3to4.3mm(left Achille’stendon)anddisappearedonrightAchille’stendon.Painalsodecreasedfrom9/10to4/10onleftAchille’stendonandfrom5/10tonothingonrighttendon.
