All of other patients had no obvious scar after the surgery. \n \n \nConclusions \nThis is an effective combined surgical procedure. There is no obvious scar in endocanthion. 摘要

目的探讨改良单z型上睑成形术与水平双眼皮成形术相结合的整形美容手术的可行性及美学效果。方法对150例单眼皮和内眦赘肉患者采用单z型不对称皮瓣一期完成水平双眼皮成形术。结果随访3 ~ 12个月后，3例患者表皮切口出现轻度瘢痕增生，随肿胀消退及瘢痕切除，瘢痕逐渐消失。其余患者术后无明显瘢痕。结论这是一种有效的联合手术。表皮内未见明显瘢痕。该方法可广泛应用于临床。关键词:眼睑成形术;Epicanthal折叠;Double-lid追求;单z形不对称皮瓣成形术
