The purpose of this study was to examine the effectiveness of the wellness group counseling to improve students’ psychological well-being at the Madrasah Tsanawiyah in Cianjur, West Java, Indonesia. Psychological well-being in this research is defined as the functioning of individual psychological aspects as indicated by self-acceptance, positive relations with others, autonomy, environmental mastery, purpose in life and personal growth. This research uses quantitative approach. It adopted quasi-experimental pre-test post-test control group design and the instrument was adapted from Ryff and Singer (1996). The population of the research is the 8th grade students of Madrasah Tsanawiyah Assa’idiyyah Cianjur Class of 2021/2022 academic year and 14 students as samples with purposive sampling. 摘要

2019冠状病毒病大流行期间印度尼西亚学习系统的变化影响了学生的心理健康。本研究的目的是检验健康团体咨询对改善印尼西爪哇省吉安朱尔市萨纳维耶伊斯兰学校学生心理健康的有效性。本研究将心理健康定义为个体心理方面的功能,如自我接纳、与他人的积极关系、自主性、环境掌控、生活目标和个人成长。本研究采用定量方法。采用准实验前测后测对照组设计,仪器改编自Ryff和Singer(1996)。本研究以Tsanawiyah Assa 'idiyyah Cianjur Madrasah 2021/2022学年8年级学生为研究对象,并以14名学生为样本进行目的抽样。研究结果表明,健康团体咨询对提高大学生心理健康水平有显著影响。
