The change triggers various responses among the workers. The current study aims to understand the role of technostress on the attitude towards change using commitment to change as moderator. This research is quantitative in nature and targeting the non-academic staffs of Universitas Gadjah Mada who work from home as its participant. Data collected by using structured questionnaire as the instrument. The questionnaire contains three scales adopted from existing scales, namely Change Attitude Scale, Technostress Scale, and Commitment to Change Scale.The study finds that technostress has negative role toward attitudes towards change, and commitment to change can weaken the negative role of technostress and attitudes toward change. This study recommends the importance for organisations to create policies that can prevent Technostress, so that the workers attitude toward the change of work systems will mostly be positive.
