The governor of Krasnoyarsk Krai and leaders from the republics of Tuva and Khakassia have come together to coordinate the development of interregional projects relating to infrastructure and major investment. The author describes these three regional partners and the investment projects they have contributed to Yenisey Siberia. The expert opinions of the participants of the Krasnoyarsk Economic Forum are presented.
