简介：系统性红斑狼疮（SLE）临床表现多样。血管炎是系统性红斑狼疮的临床表现之一。血管炎有不同的临床表现形式，紫癜病变似乎并不常见。病例介绍：我们报告一例20岁男性系统性红斑狼疮患者，其四肢出现紫癜。在组织学上，病变提示白细胞碎屑性血管炎。
