电子资源在促进高等教育和实现教育目标方面发挥着重要作用。电子资源为那些在课堂之外寻找额外学习工具的学生提供了丰富的信息。本文论述了电子资源的历史背景和发展，电子资源的形式，高校图书馆的电子资源与服务，传统图书馆向虚拟图书馆的转变，提出了图书馆电子资源的设想。

A Study on Development and Forms of Electronic Resources in Libraries

There is a significant role for electronic resources to play in promoting higher education and in accomplishing educational goals.
