摘要

本文报告1例多发性硬化症结构性癫痫患者，癫痫发作稳定缓解，这在多灶性病变、另一病因和长期病史且未合并多发性硬化症的癫痫中极为罕见。视频脑电图监测，用18f脱氧葡萄糖对大脑进行正电子发射断层扫描，扩大了对合并病理的癫痫患者的诊断形式的可能性，从而可以开出适当的治疗处方。
