The objective of this paper is to study the different facets of artificial intelligence, to understand the influence of digital marketing in customer satisfaction and to understand the influence of digital marketing on small scale retailers concerned to artificial intelligence. Data were collected using a self-administered online questionnaire. Data were collected from a sample of 51 small retailers located in southern part of Pune using convenience sampling method.
