摘要

本文提出了在现代电力系统中区分电气故障和网络攻击的概念。介绍了一种网络攻击因子,它可以在负载母线上虚拟地误导母线电压稳定性。利用西门子PSS/E和MATLAB软件,对西方系统协调委员会(WSCC) 9总线测试电源系统进行了多次网络攻击,验证了所提出的网络攻击模型。进一步分析了电气故障和网络攻击对wscc9母线试验电力系统电压稳定性的影响,并提出了一种参考所选负荷指标的判别算法。尽管算法简单,但该判别算法鲁棒性好、准确性高,非常适合开发针对智能电网网络攻击的误操作智能措施。
