Presence of thymol in Carom oil was determined and confirmed by GC, GC-MS and FT-IR analysis. Organoleptic and Physio-chemical properties of Carom oil were also analyzed. 摘要

本研究旨在研究香油的化学成分及其对储粮中产虫的杀虫活性。本研究采用Clevenger装置,通过加氢蒸馏法提取了香菇精油。百里香酚是从Carom油中分离出来的主要化学成分。采用气相色谱(GC)、气相色谱-质谱(GC- ms)和傅里叶变换红外(FT-IR)等分析方法对香樟油中百里香酚的含量进行了测定。并对卡罗精油的感官和理化性质进行了分析。除百里香酚外,Carom油中还含有蒎烯、γ-萜烯和β-蒎烯。Carom油中百里香酚含量为67.73%。
