摘要

本研究采用水蒸气蒸馏法对柑桔果皮中提取的柑桔精油进行提取、表征并考察其抑菌性能。采用FTIR、UV-Vis、GC- MS等光谱技术对橙油的各种成分进行了表征。提取的精油符合AFNOR标准,最大得率为3.4% (w/w)。结果表明,柠檬烯是橙精油的主要生物活性成分(97.14%)。橙精油及其在DMSO中的稀释液对金黄色葡萄球菌(革兰氏阳性菌)具有良好的抑菌活性,抑菌带直径优于40 mm。但对大肠杆菌和产气假单胞菌(革兰氏阴性菌)的抑菌活性不明显。
