This study aims to find out information relevant to the incidence and pattern of WSS in India. Multiple sources like Medline, EMBASE and the Global Health Library databases were searched for abstracts and citations in all languages published between 1 January 1975 and 31 December 2018, describing any WSS from India. After extensively searching the online databases only one case report related to WSS in India could be found.
