摘要

目的探讨前哨淋巴结活检(SLNB)联合术前超声对早期乳腺癌腋窝淋巴结转移的预测作用。方法2014年6月~ 2018年10月,选择兰州大学第二医院普外科5科340例早期乳腺癌患者,其中超声检查113例,单侧穿刺75例,单侧穿刺联合术前超声152例。以腋窝淋巴结清扫结果为金标准,对三组患者进行比较。结果SLNB、超声及SLNB联合超声对可疑腋窝淋巴结活检的敏感性分别为90.1%、85.7%、96.4%。特异性分别为84.0%、76.3%和100%,准确性分别为91.6%、83.0%和97.4%。假阴性检出率分别为8.6%、14.3%和3.6%。结论术前超声诊断腋窝淋巴结状态结合前哨淋巴结活检可显著提高早期乳腺癌腋窝淋巴结转移的诊断率。关键词:乳腺肿瘤;前哨淋巴结活检;超声
