摘要

本研究报道了血管扩张剂硝普钠(SNP)治疗犬急性心源性肺水肿的疗效。本研究将患者分为单SNP治疗组、单SNP +呋塞米+多巴酚丁胺治疗组和非单SNP治疗组。单SNP组、单SNP +速尿+多巴酚丁胺组和非SNP治疗组各有7只狗、6只狗和2只狗的良好反应。本研究结果表明，SNP可能是狗急性心源性肺水肿的有效替代疗法。
