The patient was completely dissatisfied with the aesthetics of her smile and was ashamed to show her teeth. During the clinical examination, a large number of carious lesions, defective restorations and missing teeth were observed. 摘要

目的:本文描述了在巴西东南部的一所大学牙科诊所,使用高粘度玻璃离子水门体作为一名患有多发性龋齿病变的干燥综合征患者的牙科修复治疗。病例报告:一名患有继发性干燥综合征的39岁女性,非吸烟者,在里约热内卢州立大学牙科学院的一家名为慢性疾病患者牙科护理(COPAC)的扩展诊所接受牙科治疗。病人对她微笑的美感完全不满意,羞于露出牙齿。在临床检查中,观察到大量的龋齿,修复体缺陷和缺牙。结论:虽然目前尚无治疗干燥综合征患者龋牙病变的既定方案,但由于氟化物离子的释放和机械强度的提高,使用高粘度玻璃离子水门合剂(GIC)进行恢复性治疗是一种有利的选择。
