Six months after treatment, there was significant difference in the marginal adaptation between the two groups (χ2=3.919, P =0.048); 12 months after treatment, there was significant difference in the restoration integrity of the two groups and the incidence of secondary caries (χ2=5.027, P=0.025; secondary caries χ2=4.369, P=0.037 ). \n \n \nConclusions \nThe strip crown form of maxillary primary incisors can be used for aesthetic restoration of caries of mandibular primary incisors, and its effect is better than that of direct resin filling. 摘要

目的探讨应用上颌乳切牙条形冠形美观修复下颌乳切牙龋病的可行性和有效性。方法随机选择64例（202颗）双侧下颌中切牙或侧切牙对称性龋齿患者。对侧上颌切牙采用条形牙冠修复，对侧切牙采用树脂复合材料修复。比较两种方法治疗后3个月、6个月和12个月的疗效和并发症发生率。结果治疗3个月后，两组的成功率无显著差异。治疗6个月后，两组的边际适应度有显著差异（χ2=3.919，P=0.048）；治疗12个月后，两组的修复完整性和继发龋发生率有显著差异（χ2=5.027，P=0.025；继发龋χ2=4.369，P=0.037）。结论上颌原切牙条形牙冠可用于下颌原切牙龋病的美观修复，其效果优于直接树脂充填。下颌原切牙条形牙冠亟待开发和生产。关键词：Incisor；儿童；龋齿；复合树脂；下颌下切牙；条形拱顶形式
