The method used in this research is qualitative, with the research location in Islamic Junior High School 1 Ternate City. The data in this study are the results of observations about the process of learning literature in Islamic Junior High School 1 Ternate city. Data collection techniques in this study are observation, documentation, and interviews. The data that has been collected is analyzed in several stages, including data reduction, data presentation, member checks, and conclusion. The results showed that the problems of learning literature in Islamic Junior High School 1 Ternate city were caused by some factors. They are the unprepared implementation of the online teaching and learning process, inadequate devices, the high price of data packages for eastern Indonesia, the lack of enthusiasm of students in online learning, and the mastery of science and technology among teachers, which is not sufficient. 摘要

本研究旨在描述在特尔纳特市伊斯兰初中一年级疫情期间学习印尼语言和文学的问题。本研究采用定性研究方法,研究地点为特尔纳特市伊斯兰初级中学一年级。本研究的数据是对特尔纳特市伊斯兰初级中学一年级学生学习文学过程的观察结果。本研究中的数据收集技术包括观察、记录和访谈。已收集的数据分几个阶段进行分析,包括数据缩减、数据展示、成员检查和结论。结果表明,特尔纳特市伊斯兰初级中学一年级的文学学习问题是由多种因素造成的。它们是在线教学过程实施不力、设备不足、印尼东部数据包价格高昂、学生对在线学习缺乏热情,以及教师对科学技术的掌握程度不够。此外,由于缺乏创新和创造性的教师来应用学习方法、学习媒体,以及学生对文学作品形式的阅读材料的阅读兴趣,文学学习中出现了问题,这些问题仍处于较低的类别。
