摘要

本研究提出了一种行政区划的方法，对主要设计参数的气温进行了分区。每个行政区都设定了一年的平均温度、最冷和最暖月份的温度以及最冷天和最热天的温度的设计值。这些参数可以在建筑期间和整个区域的结构设计中应用。然而，这项研究是在乌克兰进行的，适用于所有国家。

This study proposes a method of administrative-territorial zoning of the major design parameters of the air temperature. For each administrative region, the design values of the mean temperature of the year, the temperatures in the coldest and the warmest month, and the temperature of the coldest and the warmest day are set.
