Clinical and laboratory findings: Physical examination and abdominal ultrasonography suggested the presence of a left ovarian tumor. At histopathological examination it was diagnosed as granulosa cell tumor. Treatment approach: An exploratory laparotomy was performed followed by ovariohysterectomy to remove the intra-abdominal mass. Conclusion: The clinical, ultrasonographic and histologic signs in this case support other literature reports. 摘要

回忆：一只5岁的混血母犬出现阴道流血和腹胀。临床和实验室检查结果：体格检查和腹部超声检查提示存在左卵巢肿瘤。组织病理学检查诊断为颗粒细胞瘤。治疗方法：剖腹探查后进行卵巢子宫切除术以清除腹腔内肿块。结论：本病例的临床、超声和组织学体征支持其他文献报道。超声检查结合组织病理学分析是检测卵巢肿瘤，尤其是颗粒细胞肿瘤的基本工具。
